Over the years I have implemented various credit card processing solutions like Verisign's PayFlowPro and Authorize.Net for professional clients. For my own sites I have chosen to use less expensive solutions like Paypal and 2Checkout. One of the problems with using services like 2Checkout is that they will not allow or cancel a lot of transactions that appear fraudulent to them. In many cases this includes international orders, especially to Russia or China. This if fine if you do not normally sell to those areas and those orders might indicate fraud. However, if you do sell Internationally this can be a problem for you.
